Hi doudou.............I don't disagree with anything you said in your previous post, particularly the fact that all figures to date are pure speculation,(including a speculative offer of 57c some months ago, lol).
As far as management getting off their rear ends and putting up some sort of fight, I'm not sure if they ever wanted to put up a real fight.....The first time an extension was asked for, and granted without a sound, management had the perfect opportunity to hit some of the conditions for six...mainly the right to get out there and try to find another interested party.
I just find it a little tiresome that now in the last gasp stages of this deal, posters seem to have all the answers to the current woes or are just plain willing management to come through at last.
I truly hope that management can wrangle the best possible deal for shareholders and that all holders can make some money out of it....Because at the end of the day, thats what everyone is trying to do, make money.....It's just that falling in love with speccies and holding on for grim death seldom results in making much, except for those who have sold the beach house in Malibu and loaded up on SDL shares or those who have held since 10c.....Gotta ask them though, if they bought at 10c, why on earth didn't they sell when the s/p fell from the 60s.
Hope all goes well for holders and recent speculation is just that.
