Every energy sector is growing and always has been, its nothing most here didn't know. The point is nuclear power is growing also. Coal will grow even more in the future, it does mean nuclear won't. Coal, gas, renewables nor nuclear is going to power the world on its own.

Not sure where your getting your information from but I disagree with your comments on India, they have had many protests and pressure to stop expanding their nuclear projects but haven't given in. It doesn't seem like a lack of political will. Not sure what you mean by "intellectual capital" but assume you mean they haven't got the skills which again isn't true as they already have nuclear power with 20 operating nuclear power plants.
