    But if they do raise the money they will need to pump it to offload the shares.

    Seems no one hangs around anyway.

    So maybe a nice pump in the run up with penumbra.

    After all we have been through and all the unfinished stuff I just cannot find who they are gonna offload around 10million dollars worth of stock to.
