I appreciate that many on this forum want to get out now and that my views of holding out and calling the bluff are not shared by everyone. As someone said in an earlier post on this forum I don't want to sell the house for a $1 and look back in the future and see that it was worth much much more but we've all made that mistake at some point. Ultimately I suspect my holding will make no difference to the final decision anyway.
