Guys,
If we reject Hanlong then there is a major risk that the African govt will issue the mining licence to the Chinese as they are giving 20billion of aid to Africa.
The major issue is still the financing as thats not a given!
Hanlong have the upper hand as this is clear from the press leaks etc....
Lets hope the SDL board look the Hanlong people in the eye and point to the signed agreement.
