I think both carbon credits and tax concession will apply, but I have not researched this.
If I recall it correctly, a country that has signed the Kyoto Protocol can trade carbon credits internationally, and if that country is in a selected list of developing countries, there are further benefits. Argentina has signed the Protocol but I don't know about being a 'selected Developing Country'.
This is something about which I don't have a full knowledge and am likely to say something wildly incorrect.
As to whether Argentina has a national carbon credit system well that I truly don't know.
