It doesnt really matter either way. At the end of the day we all have an opinion, and we will never know what went down.

Based on the line "Integra has agreed to give typical deal protection to Silver Lake including payment of a break fee of $4.25 million in agreed circumstances" it appears that Integra initiated the deal IMO.

The comment around we 'believe its in the best interests of our shareholders' remains to be seen. But time will tell. All we can do now is vote (even though it wont make a difference).
