If you were more than a passing observer and read the announcements and quarterly's from SDL over the past year and more - you will find it. Given you think it may be "claptrap", it just shows that you have not put the work in. You are obviously not a close follower and jump to the wrong conclusions. Maybe ask Westcott if you are not prepared to read the news and announcements. He may give you chapter and verse although I think he might be tiring of restating things all the time.
