I only have a small residual holding in SLR after selling out at a good profit, but way, way too early. However, as most of you know I'm IGR man. Looking at this thread most seem to be in favor. I've been in favor of this merger for some time. Believe the times I mentioned it before on IGR thread the Parrot jumped in objecting. As an IGR person I would've liked to see a sweeter offer, but it'll all come out in the wash anyway.

I personally don't think there is a better fit among any of the other gold miners. Just the closeness alone starts a list of synergies. Most here know what they are so need me squawking on.

In a couple of years these will be golden memories.
