in this environment the obvious bottom line is simply this ...

it's never been cheaper for end users to buy exploration rare earth stocks - to secure their supply chain

a T/O for PEK ? - I don't know about that - PEK appear to have too many of the unwanted light rare earths mixed in for me to get too excited

as we all know seperation of rare earths is a process where they each have to be seperated out in sequence one by one, to get to the more valuable heavy rare earths - you can't just send what you don't want to the tailings

that means it's going to cost PEK a lot to get to the more valuable heavy rare earths

think about this - if you have have money to invest in heavy rare earth exploration stocks right now - you can wait - there is no rush - and be selective - choosing those stocks with a greater mix of heavies

it's unfortunate but I can see such a selection criteria being used - and that means PEK is not at the top of the list as a T/O
