How is your life hindered? You borrow money...you pay it back...how fast you pay it back and how much interest is purely up to you. A bank will lend you at about 7%. Do you want it interest free? Maybe you can try a loan shark and compare how generous the banks are...lol
I fail to understand how paying back money and prices that won't collapse is a sore point for people not getting their free ride.
