Ah, not sure its a large company Scorp. The fund seems to be $37m at June. It was larger, they were down 7% in June and down a third over 12 months. And their longer term track record not so good, even in the bull market.
I'm not really sure why this was disclosed and what the link is to the Noble deal etc. I mean,they didn't announce Percy Holding when that entity became the top shareholder. They also didn't announce Scallen and Barnes. Both interesting investors in their own right who became top shareholders in March. I wonder why those two took big stakes and now selling apparently at a loss? In fact, I also wonder why Kab haven't provided a top 20 on the website since March?
Anyway, best of luck to EIM, I hope this one turns turns their fortunes around.
