But with only 74M of shares on issue and a possible 32% share of 20MB there is potential for a very good gain. Todays reaction by the AOC market most likely has to do with the scarcity of shares. Some 25% of the company stock has turned over today the rough equivalent of 115M turnover in Neon. ( our best turnover has been about 20M when the failed BlueGold fund were forced to exit)

I bet that if Neon turned over 25% of its shares on promising news the sp would likewise be way up.
