Does that mean it sits against the debt on the balance sheet as an investment? I have not looked at this does anybody know? If so it would make a further mockery of the net debt story as well.
Just a thought - we need to keep digging through the bull sprouted by politicians and public servants like Yeldub - not that I have anything against most of them.
