...there may well be an option that GJ is now pushing is a type of JV 30/70 approach with Hanlong for a lower bid outcome in the 0.40s or alternatively sell off only part of the tenements and sdl still remain in existence as a company to pursue drilling in those hills, especially if they know where the I/O hot spots are...far fetched but whats happened to date with sdl, any screwball outcome can eventuate...they may well not be just talking about price but cutting and dicing it in a different structure... just a thought.
