OZL currently has the cash, has the bal sheet strength and RXM is further down the pipeline (closer to production) than C. Synergies with Logistics and people would also be available (and probably others as well). What we do not know is what knowledge OZL has on potential costs of P Hill mine extension. I am assuming that a near mine discovery will be relatively easy to fund (but am happy to be corrected on this). OZL will need to manage their cash flow very closely as demands from shareholders and capex compete for limited dollars.

I personally think RXM is very close to being at a point where OZL says "thankyou very much" and goes for it.
