Jantimot makes another good point that HC readers should take note of. It is very very bad to turn on the Kiln wait 1 weeks plus to heat it up and then turn it off again as this will damage the kiln. A big No No. If Lynas is going turn on the kiln they better be bloody be sure there are going get the licence soon and no point turning on to test something and turn it off again for the sake of it.
