the market is always right

apparently I have no idea on the fundamentals so I will throw in one last post on tea leaf reading - The writing was on the wall ! - the market never expected Timeone to complete the deal just as they reneged the first time when the key investor also bailed at the 11th hour leaving management red faced the first time.

The meeting was announced when the S/P was 23c to vote on placing stock at 35c yet 2 days before the meeting the S/P was 50% below the placement price - Management didnt know ! -Timeone were still reassuring Tony right up to pulling the pin on the morning of the meeting but the chart got it right - I got shot down in flames on here for suggesting the price should have been going up and the deal looked dead in the water - Chubbito was saying the same thing.
