My thoughts are that the Hanlong Bid on BMN was very public.... No way was the offer was unapproved by Hanlong.
Otherwise Hanlong would have come out immediately and disputed the proposed take overs...
Meanwhile the SDL takeover is still peddling on...
Regarding the long list of conditions-
If I was looking to buy BMN I would have a long list of strict terms and conditions too...
Due Dilligence so I wasnt buying a hole in the ground...
