Australian public debt levels including state governments are nowhere near Greek levels. The total in Australia is about 45% of GDP (state and federal), in Greece it's 165% of GDP. As for whether I like being fed bull and accounting trickery all I really ask is they keep the rules and methods consistent. Budget deficits have never been factored into growth figures.
