it may also be a case that hanlong exceeded its mandate slightly. Totally agree china is behind this charade 100% however in using an unsophisticated 2 dollar merchant like hanlong they have this outcome where hanlong have crudely over extend themselves.

all the negotiations with respective governments, all the publicity on investing in Africa to build relationships which they no doubt want to exploit, just mind boggling. Not really though... have you been to china... little old ladies being showed to the ground by other commuters. they have dog eat dog meantallity (No pun intended)
