Did no one realise the huge drop in Coal prices this year....
Not to mention the tightening of funding criteria...
Means micro-caps in botswana with average coal quality get dropped by the way-side because their NPV goes to shit.
Thats life guys, Nice sized deposit, not good enough coal quality or coal price to mine it profitably atm, especially with no infrastructure in place.
Same story with NMR. Watch the falling knife unless coal prices improve... There are plants in australia with great coal losing money also.. only operating because it would cost more to shut them down.
