IMO only.
CVac has always been intended for use pre-chemo. However, to gain an easy foothold, Prima has applied CVac to Ovarian Cancer as a late stage treatment because there is an unmet need giving CVac a clearer path to commercialisation. (orphan drug status has already been attained)
Once commercialised I imagine that it would "ALSO" become available as a treatment alternative to oncologists for patients who are looking for treatment options other than Chemo with the funds to pay for their own treatment programs.
