Champ I agree with you there, 100% spot on and way to many people who actually believed the ramping posters of the likes of certain persons name beginning with M, and just goes to show you can never believe anything the companys put out either. I have continually posted that this stock always had something wrong with it in that no volume has ever been seen coming in at the bottom but there was plenty at the top. That goes back to your comment about understanding charts and seeing where the buying and selling occurs. Buy only in an uptrend as well. I've said it time and again, and yet people continue to average down hoping the bounce will save them, That's akin to doubling up on a pokie machine.

I certainly do feel for what has been done to longterm holders but hey buy and hold imo is now a dead concept throughout the whole market and will be unless your timeframe is 10 years or more. The markets globally are stuffed.

Jane I sympathise with your anger and the fact that asic should intervene but they do nothing, haven't seen them step in and intervene on any of the goings on that have come into these markets. The algo trading, bots and everything else is now getting to the point where the mums and dad investors are either out or are getting out of the market and its doubtful we'll see them back anytime soon. Its like playing against the house when the house has all the dice loaded.
