At the end of the day TOL was approved about 6 months ago but not issued? in my mind TOL has been unreasnably withheld , not hard to prove ,we must have a good chance of success in a claim for damages in the international court, substantial damages and costs may be awarded to LYC if successful? how much longer is long enough?
