If TOL was issued this month, as I expect it might be, all will be up and running well before the election campaign and would be receiving a great deal of very positive international attention that would make his royal highness look like a champion of modern day Malaysia's high tech future and give the illusion he is a strong leader and fit to reign another term.
Its in his best political interest to show strength!
