Hi I see no reason why CFE has to chase this money at large costs to shareholders. They should just make a demand for the balance and start charging interest on the outstanding amount. Compounding of this interest will be a good little earner for them and I would assume that they do not get access to the iron ore until they settle in Full They already have a 320 million dollar assett not earning anything . Comments looked forward to . I do not own at the moment but its very tempting at these prices DYOR Cheers Towie
