    Well Graham this purchase tells me one thing that it is a bad deal even though small.My reason is that when I was involved in purchasing companies the common pay back was 3 years.Now to pay $2 mln for a company with revenues of $2.9 mln is outrageous.To pay back this purchase of $2 mln do you think they are making $600K PA.I don't think so.....
    Probably lucky to make $100K
