I too was suggesting alternatives to a full takeover of RXM, as I agree with you fully about the rarity of getting value in a takeover, esp. a hostile one.

Yes the sp may well fall further, but I'd prefer it did than for Burgess to permanently destroy real value in impatient haste to give the market whatever it wants.

You can post the chart as often as you like, but most peer charts look pretty much the same, and the biggest trigger (other than a big step down in the poc) to a further step down would be an ill-judged acquisition, such as a JML lookalike.

I am pretty confident that the project market has changed such that Burgess will be able to obtain something substantial within the next 12 months, and without destroying value for us as would likely have been the case even 6 months ago.
