Zancs - Lynas answered this exact question in the email I have posted on the REE Lynas Facebook site.

As everybody here knows, HC rules expressly forbid us to post private correspondence. HC also made it clear that they cannot allow what they call "Hearsay" eg telephone conversations with Lynas contractors and the moderator "Dub" went to the trouble of explaining this to us on the thread GMC's LAMP heating up on Wed post was censored. If anybody witnesses first hand confirmation of GMC's post next Wednesday, then they can't post it on HC either, you will only find this out on the new FB site.

This is why I have been forced to set the facebook site up and it is fully supported by HC, who have perfectly understandable legal considerations that limit what can be said on this forum. I have set the forum up to benefit everyone and nobody is forcing anybody to read the information. I'm doing it only for our own mutual benefit as a community of likeminded investors, it's nothing to do with my own FB profile and it's rather silly of a few to wonder why I would bother, but that's your issue. I recommend not using your existing personal Facebook profile, although many have done so. It takes 2 minutes to go to facebook.com and create a profile with your Hot Copper nickname and is equally as secure as setting up your Hot Copper profile in the first place, in so far as anythin in cyberspace is - probably more so, as Hot Copper places a cookie on your PC and can track your IP address if they need to (eg if you post something libelous, look out, your privacy is not guaranteed.)

Meanwhile the Foster's sell recommendation is damaging only to their reputation. Word is getting out that regarding the furnace heating and other activity scheduled at LAMP next week. The AELB have made it crystal clear that the matter of the TOL is in their hands only and nobody elses, it is only a matter of due process and they WILL issue the TOL. There are no political considerations, this is a BIG Lynas MYTH. MOSTI handed the decision back to AELB when they set the 2 new conditions. Lynas EXPECT the TOL to be issued and confirm that they have completed all the regulatory requirements that now allow AELB to go ahead with the TOL issue, which they await. You don't need to read what's on FB to add it all together. But why wouldn't you?
