To be fair to him some of his calls are good but there are a lot of coulds in his predictions. One thing that is forgotten that any major drop in the value of the Oz dollar will actually be very good for the resources sector and will act as a further cushion in this cycle and I would venture to say , that in the West anyway , will cause real estate to be the last asset to be hit. We have been lucky and it appears that will hold.
