She has 20 million options, no options just turn into shares after they reach the conversion price.
Of course she has to pay 6c for them, could you imagine it they get to 6.1 she becomes mega rich and then leaves the company.
She would not convert any options until the share is at least over 10c as no one is stupid enough to covert at 6.1 as they price could drop back to the 5's and she be out of pocket.
I feel around 10c she may cash some in.
