I could be reading it wrong, but it appears to be only one trade. Once person bought 305,000 shares at 11:52. The order was made up of three sell orders, that is why it looks like three trades.
Could be the person who had a buy order at 12c at close yesterday, but removed it early this morning. They obviously wanted in and were prepared to pay 12.5c.
