    It was definitely a programming stuff up, if it was an individual it would have run the market up and held it, an algo order will let the depth pulse which is why it ran up, came off, up and off again.

    Nothing has been reversed though so someone's in the shit, fortunately it was all on low volume so no real dollar damage.
