My thoughts on the JOA would be we tell Anglo where to mine and they strip all the overburden for us - reducing the need for us to operate the machinery and resources ie. saving money.

I gather they then get to process the iron ore mined at there own plant for their benefit.

Then we mark out where they are to stop mining and we go in and collect all the ore containing the gold.

Sounds good to me!
