andres - the problem as I see it though is that there is a lot of evidence to suggest that China has done some hard yards in West Africa and Cameroon in particular.
I don't see that Cameroon is one of those developing countries in which there is a declining popularity of China.
On the contrary, from all reports of close relationships between China & Cameroon politicians, and announcements of Chinese investment in Cameroon & West Africa, it seems to me that West Africa is one of the places where China is increasing its influence.
This does not bode well for SDL as it means there are no alternatives or options that Cameroon will consider.
