Folks speculating about a takeover due to the recent friendly IGR takeover bid by SLR have not done their research on NST imo.
For starters just check the major shareholdings in NST. The company is effectively controlled by Management due to their very large shareholdings.
So with Management's continued success with NST and their ambitions to grow the company much bigger I do not believe that NST is a plausible takeover target.
But of course never say never.
If a bidder tomorrow offered $1.00 cash a share plus scrip in their company worth another two dollars a share then you never know!!
