Looks more like Contract Law b/balls - "consensus ad idem" - all proposals with an agreement must be understood by each party. A lawyer would need to site the contract between both parties to check for eg. intention, misrpresentation, resonableness, equity etc. to decide whether a breach of contract eventuated. Are you wanting to reneg on the contract due to misrepresentation?
