I will try and do the questions sent to me on HC and private, today sometime.
1. Unifill re-design. Was a company improvement. Improvement in design/safety aspect of it and reduction in costs. There could be another upgrade in approx 12-18 mths. Always looking to improve it. Revalidation only takes a couple of weeks.
2. The banks in charge of organising the CR, require people to sign confidentiality agreements before they are even told who the money is being raised for. It would have been a leak from an institution and UNS is having people look into it. I have no idea if anything can be done.
3. A lot of the terms from the Ind Agreement with SA carry forward to the present and future. (I didn’t think they did). If someone made a takeover for UNS, then SA have the right to match it or better it. That would continue until only one bidder left.
4. Present pharma who has signed Supply Contract. Name of pharma won’t be released.
