If Lynas have enough cash for now (which seems to be the case) they could be buying back shares on market at these prices.
This would do a number of things:
1. propel the SP north
2. ward off the shorts to cover
3. make MK less of an issue.
...Along with making an investment for all holders with a tightening of the share registry to boot, with a spike possible when TOL is anns.
Just a thought.
