It looked pretty clear that this wasn't going to happen by Sept.
However , I am heartened by what appears to be a very firm
commitment to the 2012 calendar year .
This would be a huge confidence booster .

From your other notes , this appears to be with SA .Is that a correct interpretation ?

"5. Next Unifill production line."
My question on this issue was intended to get some feel for the size of the contract ie if we sign a LARGE contract , soon , we would need to be committing to put in an additional production line around the same time , which of course would lead to a massive revenue increase in mid 2013 .
I feel that this has been left vague .
Is there any more specific info re the intention to order more production capacity by the end of 2012 ?
If not , it is hard to see how the unifill production and revenue will ramp up significantly by mid 2013 .
Yes , we have talk of revenues from other sources , but the bread and butter needs to start kicking in as well .
