Given GBG has spent an odd 2.5 billion to get this far into the game I highly doubt Kenso MGX would have the fire power to launch any half decent bid.

GBG's MC currently is by no means reflected in the work completed or being finalized. When its up and running it will dwarf MGX, 5 to 1 easily. One thing that does bug me are these trading patterns which swing pretty quickly both ways and lack of formal info coming from the company.
