I think its only logical to ask lynas, if they are going to consider to sue malaysia for finacial compensation - even if TOL comes tomorrow! We have a huge cashburn there in delaysia.
and nick allready said: "they have changed the goalposts!"
So this sentence in the light of knowing the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP) is in my view a very very clear signal from nick to najib. Both know this TPP and whats its meaning for lynas situation (and malaysian government).
so i dont belive anymore in a weak position of nick with najib behind the scenes. i belive najib knows if TOL will be hold back any longer without any real reason, lynas is going to sue for financial compensation.
Now i also belive in nicks confidence, that production will start in Q3 and i dont belive anymore, that that is only a fake attitude by nick!
