well skolly i cant see any recovery of house prices, and the current way they are moving suggests theres a lot of reticance in teh home buying market if you remember in 2008, house prices in the US were high before sub prime reality hit... anyway, im happy to sell as i bought my place over 12 years ago so taking the cash off the table seems prudent to me in light of the economic uncertainty.. i can give you plenty of links to comments about housing both positive and bad.... but its not about a housing analysts forcast, the down turn will be directly attributable the global economic situation but anyway skolly, we digress.. now how we going with the link to the fugures you quoted .
