Here's some REAL 2007 examples of property i bought

Frankston - paid $248,000 - current value $350,000
Frankston 2 - paid $346,500 - current value $440,000
Banyo Qld - paid $433,000 - current value $500,000
Sandstone Point Qld - paid $332,500 - current value $395,000

The sell prices are based on equivalent properties selling today. Queensland has clearly been the toughest market, however I have still experienced capital growth.

There you go a real example from 2007 to today.
