Company Exergen plans to partner with Mantle Mining to dig an open cut brown coal mine in Bacchus Marsh. They want to use experimental and untested technology to dry the coal and make it suitable for exports.
Going on that link it looks like there will be a few red tapes to trip over on , on that journey.... As you posted "Although for a quickie $ ESI is doing OK' - you are right you will mostly likely be earning $. Hell of a lot quicker than you will on another.
