Don't forget, you are talking about wells that are being sunk in a depleted field.
AOC are talking about the first well in an untapped field. I think there is every chance that flow rates will be high. Given the recoverable is estimated at 20m barrels over a small area, I can't see if flowing slowly if they have what they think they have.
