The company is hoping the lodge the ILUA this week. The first tranche of WDLAC options will be issued upon the lodgement.

All I mean by that is that there are things outside of Reward's control, such as ILUA via NTT, various council approvals for construction of access roads, mining/misc leases and so forth, that have slowed things down.
