This is indeed a shift of position from Management. I was at the AGM last year and it was stated that they would not stockpile or mine the high grade 1st due to the recovery degradation when oxidised.
Obviously this view has changed ( in terms of effect on recoveries), which is positive as it means $$$ coming in quicker. So divvies coming in earlier, so all positive.
