    Chuk - if somebody else offers to take over IGR, they'll probably be after SLR as well IMO. I don't think you'll do too badly either way.

    Other than a competing bid - I think the SPs will be joined at the hip from now on, and they'll rise and fall together, with a slight premium to IGR assuming the deal looks more and more likely.

    Short term I like not having to worry about the deal falling over for some unexpected reason (admittedly seems a very slight chance) - then the SP downside for IGR would be significant compared to SLR. I do doubt this will happen, but this was the key reason for me going with SLR.
